$65 Mobile Convenience Fee
The $65 fee covers the convenience of having a mobile phlebotomist travel to your selected location for specimen collection.
Laboratory testing charges are separate and may be submitted to your insurance by the processing laboratory. Your out-of-pocket responsibility may depend on your insurance plan, deductible, copay, coinsurance, coverage rules, and ordered tests.
